Did you know that . . .
20% of Americans think that the sun orbits around the earth? (that explains a lot)
When you hear a bullwhip snap, it’s because the tip is traveling faster than the speed of sound?
Certain frogs can survive being frozen? (along with everyone who lives in Minnesota in the winter)
Sharks are immune to cancer?
Our eyes are always the same size from birth, but our nose and ears never stop growing? (bummer)
In real estate, your home address is not your legal address. The address merely refers to the legal address on the deed and filed with the county clerk. In Tennessee the “metes and bounds” method of land description is used. In the metes and bounds method, a property is identified by a properly identified point of beginning, such as “Beginning at the intersection of Main Street and Pine Avenue and continuing due south one hundred and twenty feet.” That process continues until you return to your beginning point.
