In most all states, including Tennessee, sellers are required to provide a Residential Property Disclosure Form detailing the condition of the property they are selling.  Those people who decide to sell the property without the use of a professional real estate agent (For Sale By Owner or FSBO) are still required to complete the form and present it to potential buyers.  Failure to do so may result in serious liability issues for the seller(s) down the road.

If you are thinking of buying or selling, talk to a real estate professional who can give you the information you need to make an informed decision.

As always, if I can help with any of your real estate needs please don’t hesitate to text or call me at 615 417-8182 or email me at
