Inspiration . . .

“He who is to be a good ruler must have first been ruled.”  Aristotle

Did you know that . . .

Eagles can fly up to 40 miles per hour, but when they dive they can reach speeds of up to 100 miles an hour?

Mel Blanc, who was the voice of Bugs Bunny, was actually allergic to carrots?

More children are poisoned by toxic house plants than household chemicals?

Horses can sleep standing up due to a special arrangement of locking joints?

A cow can sense odors up to 10 miles away?

For most people, a real estate transaction is one of the largest financial transactions they undertake.  Yet most potential buyers or sellers rely on a “friend of a friend” to handle the transaction.  My advice in finding a real estate agent is to look for someone who understands the business end of real estate.  An agent who is working behind the scenes with other agents to drive activity to your property will be more effective than an agent who simply puts it in the MLS.  Don’t be afraid to ask questions of your agent – they work for you.

If you need help sorting between fact and fiction in real estate give me a call.

As always, if I can help you with any of your real estate needs, please don’t hesitate to text or call me at 615 417-8182 or email me at
