Did you know that  . .  

Tennessee has a history going back nearly 3,000 years when the area was inhabited by the Woodland Indians.  The name Tennessee has its origins in an Indian name “Tanasee” which means “gathering place.

Fewer than half of the 16,200 major league baseball players have ever hit a home run?

It takes a ton of olives to produce about 50 gallons of olive oil?

In real estate an offer that has been made to the other party can be withdrawn at any time prior to acceptance by the receiving party.  I always insist on a time limit to be incorporated into the offer.  This way it gives a sense of urgency and has a finite offer on the table.
