Did you know that  . . 

There are more plastic flamingoes in the United States than real ones?

Every 45 seconds, a house catches on fire in the United States?  To make matters worse; a fire doubles in size every 30 seconds which is why having a plan in place to extinguish the fire or get out is so important.

Most young children will sleep through the sound of a smoke detector going off.  Parents need to realize that when establishing their plans for escape.

In real estate, printed marketing material only accounts for 2% of home sales, while open houses account for approximately 7%.  The most effective way for a REALTOR to sell a house, in addition to listing effectively in the MLS, is to market the property through social media and working behind the scenes with other agents.
