Did you know that  . . 

 

The microwave was invented after a researcher walked by a radar tube and a chocolate bar melted in his pocket?

One gallon of used motor oil can ruin approximately one million gallons of fresh water?

In real estate, quite often open houses help the agent come in contact with people looking to buy a house, but not necessarily that house.  An open house only has a 7-11% chance of finding a buyer.  Nevertheless, I always offer open houses to my clients.  It is one more way to find a buyer.
