Inspiration . . .

“The great question is not whether you have failed, but whether you are content with failure.”   Chinese Proverb

Did you know that  . .

The most active muscle in a human being is the muscle controlling eye movement?

It is estimated that our sun has about 5 billion years of fuel left? (plan ahead!)

It is possible for the human nose to detect and identify 50,000 scents?

The most common street name in the United States is ‘Second Street’?  The reason First Street isn’t first is than many cities have either First or Main Street.

Bees and dogs can smell fear?

Albert Einstein never learned how to drive a car?

The name of the Russian space station, Mir, means “peace”?

Sharks apparently are the only animals that never get sick?  As far as science can tell, they are immune to every known disease, including cancer.

In real estate, a home purchased for $250,000 at 5% percent interest, would be approximately the same monthly payment for (principal and interest) as a home slightly more than $280,000 at 4% interest.  This is why I strongly encourage anyone – especially first time home buyers – to move quickly to buy a home now before interest rates climb up.

If you are thinking of buying or selling, talk to a REALTOR who can give you the information you need to make an informed decision.

As always, if I can help with any of your real estate needs, please feel free to text or call me at 615 417-8182 or email me at RolandLow1@gmail.com.
