In real estate selecting the correct selling price – not the listing price – is critical.  All too often sellers will list their home for more than it is worth.  If it doesn’t sell – and it won’t – in a few weeks, they take it off the market and have the agent re-list it thinking that now someone will buy it.  However, a good buyer’s agent will not only do a  CMA ( Comparative Market Analysis) to know the correct value of the home, they should also do a history of the property to see home many times it has been sold and even listed.

If you are thinking of buying or selling, talk to a REALTOR who can give you the information you need to make an informed decision.

As always, if I can help with any of your real estate needs, please feel free to text or call me at 615 417-8182 or email me at
