Inspiration . . .

“Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.”       Abraham Lincoln

Did you know that . . .

That Hindu holy days begin at sunrise; Jewish holy days begin at sunset; and Christian holy days begin at midnight?

The name of the Russian space station, Mir, means ‘peace’?

There is only one golf course on the island of Tonga, and there is no penalty if a monkey steals your golf ball?

On July 4th, 1776, King George III of England noted in his diary: “Nothing of importance happened today.”

The average lead pencil will draw a line 35 miles long?

The average cough comes out of your mouth at 60 miles per hour; the average sneeze comes out at over 100 miles per hour?

In real estate it is critical that buyers have a home inspection done before closing by a competent inspector.  If the inspector is not certified in mold inspection, be sure they do not include any terms indicating mold on the property.  The problem is that only someone certified in mold identification can make that statement, and once it is made it may be difficult to obtain financing.

If you are thinking of buying or selling, talk to a REALTOR who can give you the information you need to make an informed decision.

As always, if I can help with any of your real estate needs, please don’t hesitate to text or call me at 615 17-8182 or email me at
