In 1925 there was a diphtheria epidemic in Nome Alaska that required emergency efforts to get medical supplies there.  To commemorate that event today we hold the Iditarod dog sled race, which was the method they used to get the medicine to Nome, Alaska!

On the Earth’s trip around the Sun, the Earth travels over a million and half miles per day?

During the chariot scene in the movie ‘Ben Hur’, a small red car can be seen in the distance?

Elephants are the only mammal that cannot jump?

In real estate if it isn’t illegal, immoral, or unethical, its negotiable.  However, negotiating for personal items in a real estate transaction can muddy up the transaction.  The reason is this: lenders may want to decrease the amount of the mortgage by the amount of the personal item.  Mortgage lenders are not in the business of financing personal property.

If you are thinking of buying or selling, talk to a REALTOR who can give you the information you need to make an informed decision.

As always, if I can help with any of your real estate needs, please don’t hesitate to text or call me at 615 17-8182 or email me at RolandLow1@gmail.com.
