In real estate, sellers’ will occasionally opt to sell their home themselves rather than hire a REALTOR®.  This is done for various reasons, but most often it is done to avoid the real estate commission paid by sellers. However, statistics show that homes sold by a REALTOR® sell quicker and at a higher price than what a home owner will most likely sell for.  A recent study showed that homes sold by REALTORS® were sold for 20% more than a home owner could sell for.

If you are thinking of buying or selling, talk to a real estate professional – talk to a REALTOR® who can give you the information you need to make an informed decision.

As always, if I can help with any of your real estate needs, please feel free to text or call me at 301-712-8808 or email me at
